This soup is quite flavorful - I can taste the celery, garlic and spices added to this broccoli soup. The thickness of this soup is comparable to other brands. The soup is smooth and has the creamy texture, but since it's non-dairy, you don't get the actual "cream" taste. I personally prefer that since I don't think "cream" is required to make creamy broccoli soup to taste good. I prefer my soups to be made with as little of unhealthy ingredients as possible. The only concern I have with drinking this soup is the sodium level, though I believe the sodium in this soup is already at the lower end of the range at 550mg per 250ml. At $6 for 1L, I think the value of this product is high given that it is low fat, non-dairy, gluten free and organic. The non-organic soups in a cartoon were not that much cheaper. I also like this 1L cartoon since there is a lid.
