Gorgeous Color/ Decent Formula

This was another Ipsy special. One of the better shadows I got from them. The formula ia really smooth and the shimmer is even. I did have to layer quite a bit but as a center lid shadow this is gorgeous. Doesn't blend the best but if you pack it on you can get a great color from it. I actually kept the original package it came in because it was so cute. A lot of product in the pan also, this will last a long time.
