This stuff works pretty much immediately. Very fast and efficient. Always take it with me when I travel. Works way quicker than Pepto for sure.

Sometimes, you have to stick with the brand names to get th best results. I get severe gas cramps, so generic formula don't always cut it. This has an ingredient that not only stops diarrhea, but the cramps to go along with th gas. It's not the most 'fun' product, but it does its job and does it well.

I couldn't count the number of times I've had to use this product with my IBS. It does a great job at what it is intended for.

Not the most fun thing to review. The fact that I am not reviewing this from the bathroom should be testament enough. It works!
