With limited (to no) store bought raviolis that are dairy free I decided to try my hand at home made ravioli. I purchased this on recommendation over a ravioli stamp to save time. Making fresh pasta by hand can be really time consuming and this definitely cuts down on the time in the kitchen. With this mould I can make 12 raviolis at once! I love how strong this metal mold is and how easy it is to get the pasta dough out without sticking. This is definitely a high-quality, long lasting mould. Each ravioli comes out looking perfect, like something you'd get in a restaurant!
