A New Spin on a Classic Tea
I've tried a lot of Earl Grey in the past, but this one is different, a slightly elevated version of just the regular Earl Grey tea. I love to have this tea in the afternoon when I need a bit of a pick me up, and the flavor is delicate and pleasant. It is similar to other teas I have tried that were named "Russian Earl Grey" with a stronger note of citrus added to the tea. I'd recommend this tea to someone who likes Earl Grey, and would be interested in trying something new within the same area, however, as much as I like it, it isn't that much different from regular Earl Grey and might be considered a bit of a safe choice.
Lemony Earl Grey
This tea combines my two favourite teas into one. A great Earl Grey, with lots of extra bergamont marries well with a lemony black tea. Brews in about 3 minutes to a golden amber colour. Even if you over steep, this tea doesn't taste bitter.
