This is a very very inexpensive ramen style noodle. It contains the noodles, seasoning powder, seasoning oil, sweet soya sauce, fried onion, and chili powder. It does contain some heat, so you can definetely control that with the amount of chili powder you add. It takes only minutes to prepare.
