The liner is really easy to put on and I really do like it but it transfers down to my bottom lid. It gets frustrating because after the first time it transferred, I set it with powder after and transferred again. The liner is pigmented and glides on pretty well onto my eyes but not even an hour in and it transfers to my bottom lid.
