I have purchased gel 77 which is that black liner from inglot. It is the blackest black I have found in the market. It is waterproof and actually stays on all day!! Love it so much and can be used in your waterline too. You do need a brush to apply the product but it's the best out there. You cannot leave the product open though as it will dry up so always take a little and put it on the back of your hand and close it shut tight!! It's expensive so do not let it stay open

I have been using this product for years. it is my ride or die go to eyeliner. it is waterproof it does not budge until I tell it to. I went swimming in the ocean with it and it didn't come off. the price point is great the quality is amazing . There are a lot of unique colours available and the black is the blackest I've seen on the market!
I will definitely buy another one when I finish mine. I have repurchased this product several times. It's a must have in my makeup bag.
