Didn't work for me

I took these as directed for the time stated and I feel like maybe there was a placebo effect at first and I felt extra good in myself and so on, but that didn't really last, and they didn't have an effect on my skin, which is what I was taking them for after reading an article suggesting they could help. I won't be buying them again.
