Never again

Inno foods company is horrible to deal with. I found a piece of what seemed like wax paper to a cluster after nearly choking on it.

I contacted the company to inform them. Nobody answered so I left a message which was ignored. Two weeks later I try again and finally spoke to real person. I emailed dates and pictures of the faulty item. I received THREE emails back in one day, seemingly from different people. One promising a Costco gift card as a sign of good faith to try their products again. TWO MONTHS LATER AND NO GIFT CARD! I would caution any company that promises their clients things and doesn't deliver.
