    I tried this and oh man I felt the burn and the muscle pain the next day. Really good work out for sure, does make a difference if you are true to the routine and a clean diet. You will defiantly feel it working for sure and notice a difference in time.

    I take a digital copy of this with me when I travel just in case I won't have access to a gym - this is always easy to do in a quick 30 minutes in a hotel room. I liked to think I was relatively in shape when I first started the program but boy do I have a way to go. I was sweating by the end of the 30 minutes and absolutely feeling it the next day. Totally worth it - it's a different spin on my regular workout routine.

    This workout is seriously Insane. I was dripping in sweat and I am fit! It is so challenging and fun! You will feel very rewarded once you complete this... and sore!

    Quel programme vous pouvez Le trouver sur beachbody.com. Je l ai fait pendant 2 semaines chaque jours je m améliore. C est assez difficile à faire Et il faut être en forme pour Le suivre. Le programme dure 3 mois.

    I've never sweat so much in my life and for the first week or so I couldn't complete a lot of the drills.. I feel amazing and beat all at the same time when I'm done the workout, but the key is to just stick with it. Shaun T (the instructor) is really motivating and helps you 'dig deep' and get it done.

    You do a fit test every 2 weeks with it and it shows you how much you improve over time. It's a great program and I love it! I think one of the hardest things to do is to keep going at it the next day when you're sore and tired. I'm not completely through it yet, but I can see more definition in my arms and legs.

    There's another one called 'Insanity: The Asylum' and I think that one is more intense... It's more for agility, strength and power. I'll probably do that one after this.
