Truly Amazed !

Previously I have been using click and collect through Presidents Choice to assist with my groceries. I had several issues with the service and was looking for an alternative. Instacart through Costco was my next choice. I have now used the service five times and I am truly amazed at the products that I have received, the customer service is five star. The system allows you to track the progress of your order, including items that were not available and select alternatives if required. You are fully aware of the status of your order and the impending deliveries through the text messages. The shopper, and delivery people are amazing. They are always 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time with the delivery. All of the produce has been exceptional. The price is a little higher than most, however if I factor in the amount of time it would take me to go, wait in line, shop, pack my car and drive home. The convenience outweighs the additional price. Would highly recommend anyone who needs to go to Costco, but doesn’t have the time. I did all of my orders on Monday, and had it delivered Thursday. Easy Peezy! Give it a try!

Best communication with shopper

Best communication with shopper. You have real time texting with your shopper. So quality of goods can be excellent and you won't be left trying to make a stew without your beef (as can happen with others). However, major fees for delivery service and even at a cheaper grocery store nothing is on sale. So this is the worst one for value.
