Perfect for a family of 4

The instant pot is great for a working, busy family of 4! It is easy to google instant pot meals, throw in ingredients and dinner is ready in no time. I would definitely purchase again and recently started purchasing for family members to try.

I am reluctant convert to this quick little machine

I gotta be honest. Who wants an appliance for a gift. I needed to find something to make so it wouldn't sit in the pantry. It makes the easiest peel hard boiled eggs, amazing yogurt and well just about fantastic everything we have tried. It doesn't replace traditional cooking or crockpots - everything has its place and use. It does however allow you to prep and walk away to do other things while it is doing its magic. I know I would have never bought one. I am however happy my husband knew better. Just don't let him know that....

Quick yummy dinners!

I recently purchased my Instant pot after hearing friends and family rave about what they've made in it. I have to say I was a little intimidated at first, but once I found a recipe for Beef Stew to make in it, I have to say it was so easy and took 30 minutes! The meat was fall apart tender and not dried out. Now I'm looking for anything to make in there!
