J'ai toujours une bouteille au frigo, quand je n'ai pas super faim le matin, c'est ce que je prend. Je sais qu'il est important d'avoir de l'énergie, donc c'est pour cela que je choisis le IOGO protéine à boire. Facile a consommé sans avoir à salir de vaisselle.

They are a bit on the expensive side. The strawberry flavour is good and not overpowering. Kiddo seems to enjoy it as a treat. Hubby put protein powder and made a shake out of it. They seem happy so I will grab some more when they go on sale.

These just came on the market, and I got 5 coupons so I picked up 5 free ones today. Can't go too wrong giving your family a protein dring that they actually liked. I'm glad.
