Frizz spray still frizz

I bought this having curly hair and when it gets hot out I have frizz. Ugh. So I went to the hair store and asked and apparently this is a great product that people are crazy about. So I bought it and used it with dry hair and wet hair before drying. It does not work. Price is okay but u get what u pay for.
