A must-try for Irish Spring fans

It smells distinctive, has a great lather, rinses clean and quickly and doesn't dry out my skin. A welcome addition to the Irish Spring family that I would highly recommend to my fellow bar soap users.

Excellent clean, but very strongly scented

I recieved this soap for free to try, and although it cleans excellently, the scent is much stronger than I expected and my partner is sensitive to certain scents so I am unable to continue using it.

Smells good but it's drying

Both my partner (male) and I (female) have used this soap bar. We did find the scent to be great but I found it dried my skin a bit too much. Mind you, I'm used to a soap bar with 1/4 moisturizer! He quite liked it and had no issues with dryness. The bar does also last a long time. If you're a man, looking to smell good for cheap, then I'd recommend this soap, otherwise I would pass.

Strong Scent

As soon as I opened my mailbox, I could smell the scent. I found it very overpowering, when I opened the box, it permeated everywhere in my house, I placed it outside and could still smell it. Gave it away to a neighbour, as I am sensitive to smells

It was okay, but a bit too fragrant

I thought that this bar soap was moisturizing, but found that it was too fragrant and dried my skin out quite a bit. Not a huge fan, not sure if I would buy this again

Great smelling soap, but not deodorizing!

This soap smells fantastic. My husband loves the scent (likened it to Axe) and I do too. It does linger after a shower, but not really, so I (a straight female) have used it too!

The soap doesn’t feel like it rinses off completely, although that may be the flaxseed oil?

Neither one of us noticed any deodorizing benefits. I definitely would not recommend skipping out on real deodorant just because one used this soap.

So refreshing, but fragrance not for me

I could smell this soap before even opening the box - it smells so fresh and clean!! However, as someone more sensitive to fragrance, I find the heavy scent irritates my lungs/makes me wheezy. If the smell weren’t so strong, I’d definitely consider buying this in the future.

Okay

I thought this soap was okay. I was kinda disappointed that it wasn't minty fresh, the label makes it sound cooling and fresh feeling. The scent is okay, not my favourite. Personally I didn't like the lather it felt off and kind of sticky I guess you could say. Really took some effort to rinse off compared to normal Irish Springs. It's not drying but it's not moisturizing, I prefer a more moisturizing soap.
