Great scent and effective body wash

This body wash has a great scent, not overpowering or too synthetic. Nice, natural-smelling, and subtle. It's a pleasure to use in the shower. It's an effective, satisfying clean that does not dry out your skin.

Works well, but not as convenient for us

My husband and I have been trying Irish Spring Body Wash for this review.

From a female perspective, I found the smell while applying to be too strong. I was worried that the scent would remain strong on me after the shower, but surprisingly was just a mild, pleasant scent afterwards. I did enjoy a clean feeling.
I like the texture of the body wash. It was easy to pour. A little amount would still give good lather. I found it easy to wash off and did not feel sticky afterwards.
I would not purchase this product in the future for myself. It is a product directed at men, and was a bit too strong a smell for my liking.

From a male perspective, my husband liked the idea of having a body wash to take with him to hockey, so he could easily shower after a game. Though he found the product worked well, he did not like that he had to return to the bottle so often to get more body wash to cover his body. He is not the type to use a sponge, which I think would help the product last longer, so he just applied with his hand. Overall he liked the body wash, but much prefers the ease of using Irish Spring in bar soap.

A Good Body Wash that Meets Some Expectations

I received a free bottle to try of Irish Spring's Original Clean Body Wash. My husband really enjoyed how the body wash has a fresh, clean scent! Moreover, it comes in a huge bottle which means that it will last for a couple months before you have to go out and buy some more. I prefer bathroom products that have a pump to ensure that I am not using too much of the product at one time, so it was also great to see that the Irish Spring Original Clean Body Wash had a pump to disperse the soap. Unfortunately, I can't say that the body wash held up for 24 hours. After just a few hours of being out and about running errands, the scent from the body wash was gone. The "moisturizing" element of this body wash was also a bit of a let down, as my husband's skin did not feel particularly moist after using it and he still needed to apply moisturizer even afterwards in order to keep his skin feeling soft. Overall, a good men's body wash that needs to more to live up to some of its claims.

Does the work

I have used Irish Spring bar soap mostly through my college days. It was great knowing they now have liquid body wash and I get to try it out. It was really refreshingly especially with the hot weather, used it for a cool bath & I loved it.

Irish spring original clean body wash

I recieved Irish Spring Original Clean Body Wash from butterly chick advisor for free . It Has a fresh clean scent when you pop open the top and a light bluish tint to the liquid soap. The aroma isn't loud but very pleasant. Pours out the squeeze bottle with ease at a good consistency, not too thick or thin. Onto a loofah it lathers up rather well with some water and the fresh inviting aroma really opens up the senses to the sudsy soap that washes over you as you work your way to clean. Goes on smooth and washes away smooth as well. No residue or lingering soapiness was experienced. If you're looking for a body wash that's no nonsense without the bells and whistles of other products, give this a try. A clean efficient product that delivers on what it claims. Fresh and clean

I received this #gotitfree from #thisisbutterly and #TryIrishSpring for the honest review. My husband has been using it for a while now and it is amazing. The fragrance has more of a man's cologne with the Irish Spring smell incorporated into it. This shower gel leaves a fresh scent on the skin and is energizing, refreshing. I know it is meant for the men but the smell is amazing, and I try to sneak it into my shower routine sometimes. It doesn't do much in terms of moisturizing but it doesn't leave the skin dried out either.

...And I like it too!!

My husband used this face & body wash yesterday and it smells wonderful just like the bar soap. He finds it cleans better than the bar soap, as he can use MY loofah to wash and provides a better clean, with no soapy residue. I cant help but think of the old Irish Spring ads, where the wman says, "..and i like it too!", and its true....I do!!, lol.

Soft smoothing shower gel

Amazing. I felt so fresh after having shower with this. Even my face felt fresh and soft after using this Irish spring. Would definitely purchase it again.
