Very Nice, But Needs Some Spice

This lasgna is very well made. The ingredients on each level are equal and it holds together nicely when served. I particularly like that the meat was ground more finely then in most other lasagnas, which made it easier for me to get my picky kids to eat their meat because they didn't realize it was hidding in the sauce :) The only thing I would change about this lasagna is the lack of flavour. I'm not big on heavy seasoning, but do like to have a noticable seasoning (even light). I hate to use the word *bland* but that's the line we were bordering here.
