If you add 1/2 of a frozen banana, it adds great flavour and makes the shake thicker. Not cheap to buy Isagenix products, though, when you factor in the exchange rate and shipping charges.

I first tried isagenix products on the advice of Cathy savage fitness cleanse routine. I could barely get through the 7 day cleanse as the shakes tasted nasty!!! I'm currently doing a second cleanse after months in between and have been blending the shakes with ice, they taste like a milkshake I'm not sure if it's because of the ice or if my taste buds changed but it taste amazing, I have a ton of energy and I will be keeping them into my regular diet! (I do not sell this product)

LOVE this shake. It is a full meal replacement and balanced with carbs, fats and proteins. It makes me feel full, does not taste evil, is not too sugary, and mixes with just water. You do need to blend it because stirring it will not mix it properly. There is something about this system that just works for me... I first tried it as part of their 9-day cleanse, but I kept ordering the shakes as my breakfasts. I just threw away my last jar, so I can't remember if there is any aspartame.

I hate the price ($40 per canister which is about 14 shakes) and the process of getting this product. You have to buy it through a rep or sign up as a 'rep' yourself to get it at the cheaper price. It is set up like a pyramid or Avon-style selling. It's a bit mental really... and these two points are the only two which prevent me from having this as my shake every day for years!
