Great product

I use this for absolutely everything. Cooking, hair oil mask, body moisturizer, bath products, with pop corn, endless use for it. Coconut oil is a most in my house.

I use this in recipies and on and in my body.

ISLAND FRESH SUPERIOR ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, is an amazing product. I make grill cheese sandwiches, with this. Better for you and tastes wonderful. I put a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning. I put some in a small spray bottle and spray a small amount in my hair, every time I wash my hair. I have used this instead of butter be or margarine in a variety of recepies.

Big jar, works great!

I only use coconut oil externally, that is to say that I use it in beauty treatments, homemade bath and body products, so I can't comment on the taste or food use. One thing I will say though and this applies to all coconut oil, is that while the fats contained within are very good fats, be aware that the calories are quite high compared to other oils. So if you're on a calorie controlled diet, watch out for that. I feel it's a little misleading to advertise it for weight loss, so just be aware. It has so many benefits, but it might not be right for everybody.

For cosmetic use, this is a nice big (plastic if that matters to you) jar of coconut oil. It's pure, with no strange added ingredients so perfect for use on the body. I found it's on par with the other high-quality coconut oils I use, so I'd definitely recommend it. The jar is quite big, so make sure you have room for it or are sure you like coconut oil, before taking the plunge.

Great for Bath Bombs & Skin

This coconut oil is multi purpose, and lightly coconut scented.

Unless I am cooking thai or other flavourful recipes, I am not able to use this for cooking (otherwise EVERYTHING tastes like the coconut oil it is cooked in), however, it is perfect for Bath bomb making and for my dry winter skin - especially between my fingers (just a small amount, otherwise it is greasy)

The container itself is huge, so should last us a looooong time.
