I wanted to love this but didn't

After reading many great reviews on this mascara I was so so disappointed when I tried it!! Maybe my mascara was defective but it came out so clumpy. It had such huge clumps even if I cleared off the wand. Then when I tried to make it look better it just gave me thick spider lashes from my eyelashes sticky together. I tried it many times and the same thing happened each time. I was so disappointed because I saw that many people love it and highly recommend it. I definitely do not recommend this mascara.

Wouldn't repurchase

The wand is good, I have no issues. It lasted me for a few hours before my lashes curl went flat, but that might be because of how straight my lashes are.
The formula is too watery, they need to thin it out. It does clump up on the 2nd coat so I need to have a clean wand to separate the lashes as a last step. I don't understand why the hype.
