Definitely No

It could be just my skin type, but within a few hours of application, my face feels like it’s sliding off. Unfortunately, this product doesn’t keep me matte and I can’t say that I have super oily skin... just a little shiny in the t-zone. It feels sticky, heavy and isn’t matte. For me. Hopefully it works better for others, but I was pretty bummed.

Great for the summer!

This cc cream is so nice! I'm glad they came out with an oil free version so it doesn't irritate my acne. The matte really keeps the oils away in summer heat. The shade range is pretty good and it has alot of coverage for a cc cream. I do wish there was more product for the price.

Great finish!

This is a full coverage, colour correcting and oil free cream! I typically use this in the summer when I want something that is matte and has SPF. I'm a medium in this and I love how well it matches my skin tone and I can put on a thin layer and still have decent coverage. I top it off with finishing powder and my face stays matte.

Holy Grail CC Cream

This is a product I have repurchased time and time again. I have sensitive (semi) oily skin and this product lasts through the workday and more. The finish on my skin is so nice and natural looking, and it doesn't cause my skin to breakout.

im in love with this, the shade range isn't good for dark skinned people BUT its the best matte cc cream with SPF ive ever tried. I can't go back to what I was wearing before

Prep your skin before use

The colour shade matches my skin very well. I could probably be medium to neutral medium. The product is very thick and full coverage. I have only applied using my fingers but will try applying using a brush. Feels light on the skin even with the full coverage.

Definitely a matte finish and holds up all day with no oil or shine.

The con: the product clings to every imperfection - every little hair, every little bump or crevice, any dry skin or unevenness.
You should exfoliate and fully moisturize before applying this CC cream and probably use a pore-minimizing primer. Definitely wouldn't use a powder on top as it seems like it would cake all over.

The product does not make my pores look any smaller and seems to maybe accentuate them.

I really like IT Cosmetics because of their skin benefits, ingredients and SPF but this CC cream is not replacing my Peter Thomas Roth - skin to die for CC cream. I might try the SPF 50 without the matte but I am not expecting anything much different.

This would be great for someone who's skin texture is perfect with no pores.

Broke me out!

I was hopeful about this product but it broke me out! Texture and coverage was ok. I don't think it is as long lasting as my long wear foundations. I also think that it is too expensive for what it is but if it worked out for me, I would be ok to pay the price.
