I love it works products but this item failed me

If you have sensitive skin like me steer clear of this product. My skin is acne prone and this toner made me break out worse than I ever had before and I’m talking instantly. Little bumps; pimples all over my face.
Was such a bummer because I had high hopes considering their other products are mostly great
