This is the best coffee I've ever tried. I had it at Manic Coffee on College Street in an iced latte and immediately had to buy a bag of beans for home.

Black Cat Coffees are Direct Trade, a fairer form of fair trade. Growers are respected and treated like artisans and get at least 25% more than they would through a fair trade agreement.

This coffee is from Brazil and it is 100% Arabica. It has notes of Caramel, dark chocolate, floral citrus and red cherries. It is so creamy smooth, an iced latte tastes kind of like chocolate milk. Even through the bag it smells like roasted marshmallows.

I'm not sure what other stores carry this, but you can buy it online on the Intelligentsia website within the USA or Canada. Shipping to Canada is in the range of $15-$25 (yikes!) so you might want to buy a few pounds to make it worth the cost.
