    Brilliant

I've used battery powered lint removers before and always had a good experience with them. What's funny about this one is that in terms of how good a job it does, it's actually better than the one I own. The reason for that is the cleverness of the 'storage' section. My current one, unfortunately, slides open while using it. The natural 'hold point' is right at the 'slide to open' part of the storage area. This one totally avoids that and is a dream to use.

There's a few things about lint removers you should know before using it and these apply to ALL lint removers that I've ever used.

    1. If you remove 'tangled' lint balls that have loose threads, they eventually become tangled around the mechanism, if you feel/hear the remover slow down, open it up and use tweezers to clear the tangles around the blades/spinning mechanism.

    2. Do not use on certain types of fabric like lace or silk, it will create holes on delicate fabric.

    3. The best method I've found for removing fast and cleanly is to do small circles with the tool until the area is clear. Using it this way you can clear areas really quickly.

It goes without saying, but these will not make your fabric look brand new. They will remove the lint balls/pills that build up and that's it. The fabric won't be magically undamaged, but this lint remover is unequivocally great at what it does and definitely worth the low price.

I use Lint Removers frequently on the underside of my mattress topper, which becomes bobbled and since I am literally like The Princess and The Pea, I remove them once every couple of months. This lint remover did an amazing job. It also works really well on bra straps. (not the lacy part, but the elastic armbands).

The best part of this one is that it's chargeable, so you just charge it via it's plug/cord and when it's charged it's ready to go. Charge lasts for a good amount of time and it means you don't have to buy batteries. It comes with a cleaning brush, but I don't really find that necessary to use.

I also love how it has a safety feature. If you open the case (exposing the blades) it won't turn on, even if you've forgotten to turn the button off (or think you did and didn't). This means you'll never accidentally leave it running, which really puts my mind at ease. Do be careful with the blades though, they are very sharp.

The only downside for me with this is that the design isn't the prettiest and I do think it looks a little cheap, but functionality is amazing and I would definitely buy again!
