Disappointing Customer Service

I bought this dog food before my little dog arrived from romainia last year. It is supposed to be cold pressed raw dog food.
Unfortunately my dog wouldn't touch it, neither would my parents dog who usually eats everything! So I got in touch with customer service to see if there was a wah I could send the un opened bag back to them.
I got told if I take the bag to an animal rescue as a donation they would send me a full refund! I was shocked, but happy with that, and took the bags to the pets at home donation drop off and sent them a photo, along with the explanation that they obviously wouldnt accept the open bag.
This is when the issues started.
It took weeks on weeks for them to get back to me, the only way I could get their attention was by commenting on their Facebook group.
Then they started to back track, they wouldn't give me a refund, then only a partial refund. I showed them that their own customer service team told me I would get a full refund from them, and I got treated as if I was the issue, when all I was asking was for them to honour their word.
I left a review on their Facebook, for them to again try turn around and make me out to be the bad one, so I posted all the screen shots of our conversation, as they were trying to make me out to be unreasonable. In return, they stopped anyone from seeing or being able to review their product in Facebook, which is just awful.
So needless to say I think very little of them as a company and their customer service is atrocious. I would avoid at all costs.
