this is not jerky, this is just cold cooked bacon

I have eaten many flavours and types of jerky including so called exotic, this is definitely not jerky. If you imagine cooking a bacon breakfast on a weekend, having some bacon left over, slipping it in a ziplock and shoving it in the fridge, well that is exactly the texture of this so called jerky bacon. (for less than the price of a small 65g so called bacon jerky bag, you could buy 500g of bacon and do it yourself). I was so disappointed as I was expecting something great, its the first time in my long life that bacon has ever let me down.

now these are the bomb! We all love grabbing this treat, when they are in stock! The perfect snack for those on keto, and LOVE bacon. Well enjoyed for road trips, full of flavour, and not thinly sliced

Yuck! Don't bother...

Tried this on a whim, really don't bother. You would get the same result or taste from undercooked cold bacon. So much fat on it as well, hard to call it Jerky. It may be his in protein but it's low on taste and satisfaction.
