Have been taking this brand of vitamin C for the longest time and especially during winters. I like the texture and taste of the pill and it swallows easily. The tablet size is just right.

I had one cold all winter and it only lasted 3 days, i took some cough medicine and jamieson chewable vitamin c the natural tangy orange and kicked that cold in the butt.

these are an easy way to get all the vitamin c you need through your day. howeverrrrr.... they taste a little too strong for me ! I eat them daily but if it had less of a zing to the taste I would be happier

Good taste for everyday intake... effective when I use it on sore throat or getting cold, it's amazing how it works for me in preventing my sore throat or cold get worse. Other than that I take it as daily intake ......good vitamin c and taste really good and makes a difference for intake......

I buy this and everyone in my house takes it. The kids are now the first ones to grab these and take them. We have gone as far as having some in the van for the days that my kids forget and we are rushing around.
