Uncomfortable sized pills

I know that Vitamins are usually large in size but this comes in a shiny plastic like capsule. No matter how much water I drink, it feels like the pill is stuck and uncomfortable on its way done. It lasts for a while rather than a few minutes. It was very uncomfortable. I recommend one of their other options that do not come in this capsule.
