Very effective nail supplement

My nails were in desperate need of some help as they were always splitting and couldn't grow out long. Within a week of taking it, I noticed my nails were 100 times better! They can now grow out to basically look like a french manicure. Even after having nail polish on for a week, they aren't splitting anymore. You just need to take one tablet when your nails are weakening and this will help build their strength. The directions say not to use it for more than a month straight, but I didn't even need to go that long. About 2 weeks and every second day was plenty to get my nails healthy again. I recommend this to any woman or man with weak brittle nails.
