I do not use melatonin often but when I do this is the brand I use. It has worked perfectly for me with no problems. It makes you feel relaxed and sleepy, when feeling anxious restless and or dealing with mild insomnia it truly works.

Worth it!

I tried this last night for the first time because my anxiety has been making me lose sleep. I began to feel the vitamin working after 20 minutes and slowly drifted off to sleep, the weirdest part was I was conscious of myself falling asleep, something I'm not prone to. I slept for four hours before I briefly woke up again. I'll be keeping this product in my bed side table for the future. :)

This brand of melatonin works great. When I have problems falling asleep, I take one and after half an hour, I am sleeping soundly. The minty ones taste great and most importantly, are very effective.

I work crazy shifts sometimes, and I find my sleep schedule can get really messed up. This does not help with my otherwise sunny disposition. I decided to try the time released melatonin pills. I paid around $12 , and also got bonus Optimum points at SDM. While it's not as effective as a prescribed sleeping pill, this did help me to get to, and stay asleep. The only thing I have observed is that I tend to get more dreams, not horrible nightmares as some people seem to report. Something I will keep in my medicine chest, and which my adult boys also use for sleeplessness.

I use these every now and than to help me fall asleep at a decent hour which is good because once I have one good night of sleep it usually effects the rest of the nights of the week in a great way. Puts me on a better sleep schedule. Works fairly quickly and is a decent price.
