I use these every now and than to help me fall asleep at a decent hour which is good because once I have one good night of sleep it usually effects the rest of the nights of the week in a great way. Puts me on a better sleep schedule. Works fairly quickly and is a decent price.
I have trouble sleeping, so I tried this. I would fall asleep, in a short amount of time, but would only sleep for a few hours. I would get about 2 to 3 hours of sleep. It was like taking a nap.
Bon ce n'est pas un produit miracle mais pour un peu de répit côté sommeil il peut aider certaines personnes à régulariser le cycle du sommeil ( à prendre régulièrement pour en tirer un meilleur effet durant la période avec moins de sommeil ) . ne pas oublier ce n'est pas un somnifère. En tout cas pour mon garçon ça a fonctionné .
I don't use all the time but find when I have a stressful day and know that I will have hard time going to sleep they seem to help.
Les produits Jamieson sont pour moi des excellents produits et la Mélatonine 10 mg ne fait pas exception. Il est certain qu'il faut être dans un contexte de détente et mettre toute les chance de notre côté pour aider la mélatonine à faire effet.
I generally sleep OK but a few times a year I have a bit of a tough time for a week or so. I have tried this 3 different times now and have never noticed that it worked. I talked to my dr and she said a calcium/magnesium supplement before bed will probably help more and that melatonin is better for people who need to change up their sleep patterns like shift workers or those on vacation in a different time zone and that it doesn't have much effect on sleep otherwise - it's more of a placebo effect and breathing exercises would help just as much. I will try the cal/mag supplement next time instead.
