I find these are great for if you need to get back on to a healthy sleep schedule, They dont however knock me out but everyone is different i find they help me relax more so im able to fall asleep faster.
For the past few years for unknown reasons I haven't been able to get a full night sleep so I thought I would give melatonin a shot. Falling asleep wasn't an issue but it was stating asleep that I was struggling with. So I tried taking it a few nights to see if it would help - I would say that maybe I woke up a few times less than usually but felt extremely groggy the next morning. So now if I ever take it it's only on weekends.
