Jamieson's Melatonin Sleep Spray is amazing for both adults and children. Each spray is 1mg and is mint flavoured. Much easier for children to take and for adults who don't like swallowing pills. It's also fast acting and 3 sprays (which equals 3mg) is usually all you need. It is one of the best products that I have ever tried.
