I purchased Jamieson brand Vitamin B12 fast Dissolving strips because my doctor recommended I take and extra daily dosage of vitamin B12. If your anything like me you forget to do simple things like take your daily vitamins, that's why I purchased the fast Dissolving strips. There small enough to fit in my purse with out having a big bottle of vitamins. The flavour of these strips is mint which I also enjoy because it works as a breath strip as well. There not necessarily fast Dissolving though I find I need to have a drink of water before to make sure my mouth itls really moist. Overall good product and I will continue to purchase.
