    I have tried these a few times.. I try and take them daily I often forget. Im bad for that.. When I take them regularly I feel good. and have a little more energy and a better mood. The times i forget to take them Im kicking myself because I feel bogged down..

    Ive been just informed that i needed to up my b12 from my Doctor about a week ago. I went to go back for a check up and he said that my mood swings and being tired could of resulted in how i was feeling.. So back to see him in a month to see how im doing.. Im feeling abit better and a little bit more enegry than before.. I hope it will continue.

    j'aime bien leur vitamines elle sont vraiment bonne pour la santé et elle ne coute pas trop cher non plus

    Get the job done. Im always in need for vitamin B and this is affordable alternative to more expensive brands.

    These can get expensive if you buy from drug stores, but I've found them for much cheaper in grocery stores. They help me to have more energy and they help get rid of the cracks I get at the corners of my mouth because of a deficiency. These are a life saver

    Because there are so many sketchy vitamins and supplements on the market right now (as in not cleared by the FDA and found to have inconsistent or scary ingredients, or inconsistent levels of vitamins), I like to stick to familiar, trusted brand names. Like Jamieson. I have Crohn's Disease and during a flare, my body doesn't absorb B-12 at all (not even vitamins unfortunately) but outside of a flare, I am still generally low in B12. I can honestly feel the difference when I take B-12 supplements. I'm not as exhausted or stressed.
