Good Prenatal Vitamin

It's really good prenatal vitamin, especially if you're having iron deficiency history during pregnant. The iron in this vitamin is the highest one rather than other vitamins. I used it for the entire pregnancy and I don't have any iron deficiency issues in this pregnancy. Be sure to consume enough fibre to avoid constipation. It's also contains DHA which is good for brain development. The taste is not bad. I highly recommend this product.

A cheaper but quality prenatal vitamin to take before, during and after pregnancy. The added DHA does wonder for my nails and hair! It tastes like vanilla as well
