I have cystic fibrosis so I don't absorb fat soluble vitamins properly (including vitamin E) which means I have to take a lot of it in supplement form to keep my levels in check, This product is high quality and available at an affordable price. I highly recommend.

These are good to take daily, but I also prick the capsule and rub it onto my hand. I got a really bad grease burn from work, and the vitamin e oil inside does wonders for the scar. 6 months later you can't even tell there's a scar.
