With the crazy hours that I was working I needed some thing to help me sleep so I picked up this product and wow it really works, I would have to say that I feel asleep within 30 mins and there was no affect when I woke up, I have a very peaceful sleep and did not feel like I had taken some thing to help me sleep. If you ever took a sleeping pill from the doctor you will know what I mean when I say that feeling when you wake up like you are drugged still is just not there, It is worth trying if you need a little help to get to sleep.
