Product works well and great value

I have used this product for years . I find it helps with energy and mood . The price is very reasonable for the amount of vitamins you receive plus the sublingual tastes good and melts quickly under your tongue .

These vitamin b12 are great quality for the price you pay. I really liked them because they were small and easy to swollow and never got caught in my throat which happens a lot!

I didn't notice a difference after using it except that my pee smelled TERRIBLE. I asked my doctor and she advised me because these are water soluble vitamins, whatever you don't absorb comes out of your urine. But yuck! It smelled terrible!

I discovered that I had a vitamin B12 deficiency after being on birth control. These pills worked wonders to improve my mood and brain fog. If I missed them one day you could tell immediately.

love the fact that you can purchase ones that melt in your mouth and hope they work for bones etc as you cannot check if they are doing what they claim they will do

These are my favourite to take! They are small, pink chewable tablets that taste yummy and melt quick in your mouth. They also have the pills you can just swallow.
