    Garbage is where it's at!!!!

Garbage!!!! I had one of these before, the original Up and I was happy with it and their customer service so when it came to do an upgrade I bought another Jawbone... big mistake! The strap broke after a month and I've tried to repair it myself after attempting to contact customer service with no luck. The strap just keeps cracking in different places to the point it is no longer wearable and still can't get through to customer service. I've sent 4 messages now. I'm so done with Jawbone, I've moved on to the Samsung Gear Fit... 100% better anyways!

Horrible horrible horrible. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. They're obviously out of business but continue to allow sales of these. No customer service anywhere so if it doesn't work, it's wasted money

I started with an UP by jawbone and it lasted me for well over a year. The features were great. Being reminded to get my steps in, to take medicine and to track my sleep. When my original band broke I was devastated and immediately researched the newest models. Staying with Jawbone was an easy choice. This band does so much more and looks even cooler than the last. I'm so happy I bought it!!

This is the second generation of step counters from Jawbone. It communicates via bluetooth with an app on your phone to track your steps and sleep. You can also log meals and exercise. The app has various settings to help you reach goals (i.e. weightloss, activity, water intake etc.). You can also set it to vibrate after a certain time has passed if you haven't been active. There is also an alarm function that tries to wake you up at an ideal time in your sleep cycle, but I found I needed more than a light vibration on my wrist to wake me up in the morning! It is pretty accurate in judging your activity. I find that it's a good motivator and I like the design of it. It looks more like a bracelet than other brands of activity trackers.
