Skin still dry
I was very disappointed. Its supposed to absorb into your skin while its wet after showering leaving you feeling soft. It doesn't so it gets wiped off while drying yourself off.
I received a free travel sized sample of this Jergens moisturizer and I thought I was going to love this product but sadly I was disappointed. It didn't absorb into the skin and just washed off right away without doing anything for my skin. It just slips off and leaves my tub all slippery. I did like the coconut scent of it though. I would not purchase this product in the future.
I received a free sample of Jergens Moisturizer for Wet Skin with Coconut Oil and, ....it's not my favorite. I love the subtle coconut scent, and as someone who moisturizes without fail after every shower or bath, I really wanted to love this product to speed up dressing time but....I just found that the product slipped around on my skin and felt like it just sat there, without absorbing. I double-checked the directions to ensure that I wasn't overusing the product and no, I was using the recommended dime-size amount but, I still felt sticky all day long. Sorry, Jergens. I have to pass on this one.
I didn't like it because it felt very slimy, it didn't absorb as quickly as I hoped. The smell was also a little overpowering for me. After it dried, I still felt a bit of a weird texture on my skin.
I followed the directions of applying this to wet skin after showering but before towel drying. I found the concept interesting but I really don't think it's effective. The directions said to use a dime size amount...this was no where near enough! When applying it just stayed on the surface of the wet skin, it moved around but diluted. When I dried off, my towel just took off all the product I applied. It left a very mild scent which quickly dissipated. I definitely didn't feel moisturized enough after using this.
Really didn't like this wet skin lotion. Used it for the first time and it made my skin feel weird, it burned initially then it felt like I had a layer of film on my skin which bothered me after applying it after my bath. I'm fine with normal lotion but this one really stung my skin and didn't feel good.
Whom ever came up with this idea had the right thought. The product smells great and feels good going on. I did not notice any difference in my skin after using it. I had to moisturize with my regular lotion. I do not have very dry skin so I was very surprised.
Keep working on it Jergens! Great idea.
Jergens Moisturizer for Wet Skin with coconut oil is... strange. I tried this to try it and I regretted the purchase. Do you ever put on moisturizer with wet skin still and feel the product separate and feel yucky? That's what this feels like... You're probably thinking DUH?! But okay okay... if it's made for "wet skin" then why isn't the outcome any different? It doesn't feel any better after it dries. It doesn't add any better moisture. Why would I purchase this instead of a normal moisturizer for dry skin? This was weird.. in a bad way.
