Rice Condiment

I was surprised to find this in a Japanese store in Whister and growing up this was one of my favorite rice toppings. It is slightly spicy, you do get that kimchee flavor (although it isn't too strong) and this still makes for a tasty seasoning for plain white rice. I normally do a generous sprinkle onto my hot white rice for flavor, and these bottles last a long time after opening.
