Honestly one of the most difficult DVDs I've ever owned. I get tired after the first 10 minutes doing it. Got to my end goal following her directions and doing it daily. I reccommed if you are willing to follow though with it. It really does help you loose weight if you do it right.
The first time I tried this video I couldn't move for 3 days afterwards - granted it was my first time working out in months and I probably over did it. This video is great - keeps you motivated and hurts! But like they say no pain no gain!
The 30 day shred is a great workout video. It can be more advanced if you want to be. I noticed overall toning and an increase in strength.
This is my go to workout. Its under 30 minutes and it kicks your but. If your in decent shape but need to tone up this is the workout for you. You can add it to your daily routine pretty easily but her 3-2-1 workout strategy is good and effective.
I bought this dvd work out last year and comitted 30 days of my life to it.
It was awesome! I lost a lot of inches, and a few lbs but i looked like i dropped 10 or 15lbs. The best part is that the workout is only 25 minutes a day!
I recommend this workout to everyone.
This DVD definitely kicks your butt at first! I had always done cardio on a regular basis but I could definitely feel the burn doing this DVD.
Jillian keeps you motivated throughout the workout and after doing it for even just a few days, you feel the moves becoming easier. I bought this on Amazon and it was worth every penny. The first time around I lost 9 pounds in a month combined with healthy eating.
You want to make sure you have an adequate amount of room to do the exercises and have a pair of handweights. I started with 3lbs and worked up to 5lbs.
