On my way to better abs.
I have been exercising two - three times a week for six weeks now and I noticed a big difference. Since i'm 115 lbs I didnt have much fat to burn but it definitely helped me to tone up and strengthen my core which was much needed after having two kids less than two years apart. If you're of a larger stature I would reccomend doing this workout at least five days a week or combining it with one of her more intense cardio workouts such as No More Trouble Zones or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I have both DVd's and done them in the past and they are pretty intense.
Six week six pack has two levels that both start with a warm up and end with a cool down. Jillian does the intermediate moves and theres two other girls working out with her and one does beginner moves and the other more advance. I started with the first level and did that for three weeksand then when it became too easy I switched to level two. This is circuit training which I love beause im lazy and this thirty five minute video combines cardIo and toning with the resistance of your own body weight as well as light weights. Even though this is targeted for abs it does work your legs, butt and arms as well. In fact I already notice a big difference in my entire body in just six weeks of using this video.
Since I am a bit of a Jillian Michaels fan I already have nine DVD's and just ordered three more off of Amazon that im waiting to receive in the mail. Whenever I started exercising in the past I would always quit after a month but this time Im hoping to stick with it for life. Now I just need to improve my eatting habits to become a healthier me. For anyone that does try Jillian Michaels and dislikes her style or doesnt enjoy circuit traini I reccomend looking into other forms of exercise before giving up.
Jillian Michaels is one tough chick and she doesn't fool around. This workout gets right into it and kicks your butt! If you're just beginning I would suggest taking it slow and easing yourself into it. I found this workout to be quite intense.
I have tried this workout, it's intense. Jillian Michaels don't play so if you like intense workouts try her workouts. She has great workouts to challenge your muscles.
I love Jillian Michaels I now she likes to yell but she is a great motivator that's for sure and likes to kick your butt. I would recommend any of her workout DVD's if you need motivation
If you are seriously looking for a great ab workout, look no further. I have only done level 1, 4 times now and it really works the core. I think level 1 is a fabulous start to working those muffin tops - lol. Jillian is a wonderful trainer and very inspiring. I got this video to help me shape up before putting on my bikini in Mexico in 3 weeks. I have 2 weeks to go and really enjoy this video. I find it already shaping up my core area. Want results, get this video and see for yourself :)
