Quality on a Dime

I've been looking for a non-glittery translucent setting powder for months and finally decided to try this one. It was only 10 dollars, which made me wary, but the quality pulls through! I love the little package it comes in, it's not messy at all, and it even has a little mirror in it. It's very brightening and it will set my under eye concealer all day without looking ashy.
