I bought this at Loblaws for $6 tax. It can be used as a mascara and a brow gel. I have used it as a mascara a couple of times and it's great for people who want to curl and set their lashes without a pigmented mascara for a more natural look. I use this to set my brows and it's a great dupe for higher end clear brow gels. It tries clear and keeps my brows stiff and in place all day. It doesn't flake on me, but I use it sparingly so that's probably why. I would have preferred if the wand was more narrow though since it would be easier to maneuver over the tapered parts of my brows.
