I have oily hair and this shampoo works for two full days. I like the way my hair feels and looks. The price is great, especially when you can get it on sale at shoppers!

i tried the sample through the JF elite members club and was amazed how shiny and soft my hair was .my hair was very manageable and there was very little frizz although i left it to dry naturally and didnt use any product after washing it so all in all a good buy

I love John Frieda products. I have very sensitive scalp and these shampoos are great to prevent dryness. I love the smell and how they leave my hair very soft. They are a bit pricey but the products are excellent. One more perk is that they provide shine and make the hair look healthy.

I have used this product and really liked it. I do not like the price at all, which is why this shampoo is not my regular. If it was priced well then I would definitely use it all the time. I smells great, and makes me hair feel clean and healthy. I like it

Though a bit more expensive than regular drugstore shampoos, it's well worth it. I bought it at Shopper Drugs Mart and it smells great. The shampoo has an excellent lather (not too much, not too little!!!) and the conditioner has this shimmering ingredient in it. I really love it!!!!!

This line is available in most drugstores, and I am really surprised at the quality of this shampoo/conditioner duo for drugstore brand. I think it is really comparable to salon hair care prods I've used. It is really thick and creamy and the shampoo lathers really well. The conditioner, I only put on my ends of my hair, because I find that most conditioners are too oily for my hair if I use it on the scalp.
Here are my favorite things about this duo:
- The scent is really pleasant as well, kind of coconutty
- It makes a really big difference in preserving dark color treated hair
- It makes your hair feel really silky, and it looks very shiny and healthy.
- cheaper than salon brands, but same quality
- Hair feels really clean after wash, but well hydrated as well (no dryness)
- you only need a small amount to go a long way!
I would completely recommend this line for brunette girls that want to add shine to their hair, without the grease. Also, those who want to preserve their color treated locks, and don't mind spending a little more than drugstore, but well below salon prices!

I tend to have issues with my lack luster hair. And most products that promote shiny hair tend to leave your hair with that gross greasy feeling. Not this one though! It always leaves my hair feeling soft, and shiny without that nasty greasy feeling. I love this product.

This is my everyday haircare product, I love John Frieda's haircare. I use the brillant brunette line, the shampoo and conditioner, the spiral waves spray and some defrizz serums as well. I don't think it does much to brighten or change the colour of my hair, but it does leave it soft and tangle free.
