A disaster

This product is a disaster. After washing my hair with it, I found it difficult to comb my hair without pulling out some hair. The feel of the conditioner was all wrong. It was like hair gel which made it hard to distribute it evenly on your hair. Also, it was hard to wash off and it did not make my hair soft at all. I would not be buying it again.

Absolutely Terrible

I tried this John Frieda conditioner for the first time. When I opened it up and put it in my hands it felt like hair gel and smelt like nasty hand sanitize. I gave it a try, and massaged it through my hair. I let it sit for a few minutes as you do with conditioner... It felt sticky just as gel or hand sanitizer would.
I washed it out and my hair felt like straw. When my hair dried it felt more like straw and was flat as hell. I ended up re washing and conditioning my hair with my own products. This was pure awful and will never ever be trying this product again.
