I would consider buying this product

This product has a nice subtle clean scent. The shampoo has a nice lather to it, The conditioner was like no other that I have used before. It is clear and watery to the touch. It left my hair rather tangled and required a lot of combing to get the tangles out after rinsing. Over all it did give my thin fine hair a note-able amount of volume.

First John Frieda Experience

I always heard of John Frieda, so when I saw the opportunity to tried it I did...Personally I was expecting more of the product and I am kind of disappointed. It leaves my hair with a sensation of dryness.
Maybe I just tried the wrong one for my type of hair, but I don't really recommended it to afro hair.

Didn't work for me

I got this for free awhile back and wasn't too impressed with it. The smell was alright and so was the packaging and consistency of the shampoo, it lathered well. Trying to rinse it out however didn't work out well since it always felt like there was left over residue. When it dried I didn't notice any added volume but noticed that my hair seemed to stick together more and look more wavy. I wasn't too fond of the new hairdo look, just made it look dull. I tried it both with and without the conditioner, just didn't work for me.

Bought this on a whim as it was on sale. They were the travel sizes, but I was quite impressed with how long it lasted me ! As for the shampoo itself, it smells great, but nothing too special. I wouldn't say it made my hair any more voluminous than a moisturizing shampoo from another brand. For the price, I probably wouldn't buy it again

No volume was added, smells nice. Hair and scalp felt clean. Got this as a sample in the mail.

I have very thin, fine hair. I didn't see too much volume added. Wouldn't purchase again.

I have very thick hair and this created more frizz than smooth volume after blowing my hair out. I used with the conditioner. The good of this shampoo is that it's gentle on colour treated hair and really soft once dry as there was no build-up or residue left behind. This might be a better product for finer hair.

I don't hate this shampoo but I wouldn't buy it again. It made my hair feel waxy while lathering it up and it became rough. Once dry, my hair seems to go back to normal and it's soft but I don't notice it gives me any volume at all. The scent is pleasant but this is an average shampoo.
